Catering Chef, Casual Part-Time: (scheduled as needed and available)
Requirements: Prepare dishes from provided Event menus in a manner consistent with the company's practices and guidelines. Must be well versed in a wide variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to follow directions and work independently a must. May direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and problem solving is expected. At least 5 years experience in the field. This could be a good match for a Sous-Chef seeking extra hours, or a retired Chef.

Catering Wait Staff, Casual Part-Time: (scheduled as needed and available)
Requirements: Attends to customers needs at catering events. Transports, sets up, and cleans up equipment and food to and from customer site. Serves food and beverage and attends to client needs. Some food preparation. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills a must. A good deal of lifting and moving should be expected.
